    4oz Cream Cheese
    1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    12 leaves of fresh spinach


1 mix cream cheese and herbs until well blended. Roll into 4 balls; flatten each into disk on sheet of waxed paper. Refrigerate 15min. or until firm.
2. combine meat, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 thin patties. Press edges together to seal.
3. heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook about 5-6 min. on each side or until done. Serve in rolls topped with spinach.
