Ingredients

    16 oz bag cole slaw
    1 cup unslated sunflower seeds
    2 oz. blanched almonds
    2 packages beef ramen noodles
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup splenda for baking

Directions

MIx all liquid ingredients, sugar, and seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients, slaw, seeds, and almonds. Then pour over liquid mixture. Just before serving, crumble packages of ramen noodles over top of salad and mix in. Wait unitl just before serving, as the noodles tend to get soggy if you let them sit too long. Makes 14 -1/2 cup servings.
