Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 cup of Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    3/4 of English Cucumber, peeled and grated
    1/4 of English Cucumber, diced
    Zest of lemon
    Juice of lemon
    1/4 t. Seasoned Salt
    1/4 t. Garlic Powder
    1/4 t. Lemon Pepper
    1 t. black pepper
    1 t. kosher salt


Grate 3/4 of an English Cucumber into a bowl.

Squeeze excess water out of grated cucumber.

Dice remaining cucumber and add to bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes 4 1/4 cup servings.
