    1 bag (16oz) frozen shrimp, thawed
    2 pkg Buitoni 100% whole wheat tortellini
    4 T butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced


Cook tortellini as directed on package.

Meanwhile, melt 1 T butter in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic, cook until slightly soft.

Add remaining butter to melt. Once liquid, add shrimp and cook until pink (cooking time will depend on the size of your shrimp). Remove from heat and stir in drained tortellini.

If desired, top with grated parmesan cheese (not included in nutritional information).

Makes 4 servings of 1-1/4 cups of pasta + 4 oz shrimp.
