    * *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * *Cheese, Serving Size 1/3 cup (28g), Weight Watchers Mexican Style Four Cheese Shredded, 3 serving (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    * Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * Hood Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, 1 cup (remove)


This will sound weird, but take all those items, and place in a food processor or capable blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Bake at 350 for about a half hour. Each time we make it there is a slight variance of about 5 minutes in cooking time. Even after it appears solid on top, inside will be still a little wet. If wanting to serve immediately, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Even better the next day!
