Number of Servings: 4


    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 12 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Pastene Spinach Fettucine, 9 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp (remove)


Preheat toaster oven/oven to 400 degrees

1) Pour olive oil in broiler pan
2) Place whole grape tomatoes, and minced garlic in pan and season with salt and pepper
3) Cook 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are collapsing
4) Meanwhile, cook fettucine per directions
5) Place butter in saute pan and saute quartered mushrooms until cooked and slightly browned
6) Add tomatoes to mushrooms and stir to break up tomatoes. Add a handful of fresh or dried basil, to taste. Add parmesan cheese and stir.
7) Pour tomatoe/mushroom mixture over hot noodles, stir and serve.
