    Bulgur, pork, cumin, cayenne, allspice, cinnamon, onion, pistacchio


Put two cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. When boiling add the bulgur, stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile chop the onion, add to the pork together with the spices. When the bulgur is ready add to the pork mixture. Grease an oven safe dish, and pour the pork. Level it. Oil the top. Cook in the oven at 375 for about 45 minutes. Crushed the pistacchio and sprinkle on top.
It makes 8 servings.
