Number of Servings: 36


    Butter, salted, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, 2 cup
    Baking Soda,1 tsp


Preheat oven to 350F. I like to use parchment paper on my cookie sheets. Cream together butter and sugar. add in vanilla and vinegar. In seperate bowl combine flour and baking soda. add into butter mixture. beat until it looks like fresh bread crumbs. Use hands or rubber spatula to press into dough ball. Roll out piece to 1/4 inch thick and use cookie cutter or make 36 balls and press flat . Place about 12 on each cookie sheet and bake 1 sheet at a time for 8 minutes
Can be coloured with paste colouring or sprinkled with coloured sugar.
