Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    Frozen Spinish
    Large Pasta Shells
    Ricotta Cheese, Part Skim
    Egg
    Parmesan Cheese
    Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim
    Pasta Sauce
    Garlic
    Fennel

Directions

Brown turkey, add fennel and garlic to season, drain and add thawed drained Spinish cook together for 5 minutes. Boil shells as directed on package, mix 1 beaten egg, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and meat and spinish. Stuff in shells and put in a 13x9 baking dish, cover with sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
