Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    *Blue Menu Light !00% Parmesan Cheese, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Lasagna - 1 noodle, 10 serving (remove)
    *cheese - Mozza - Kraft Shredded partly skimmed, 100 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Cook beef with 1/2 the oil until brown. Drain. Add mushrooms with the liquid, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, water, 1/2 the salt. Let simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles.

Combine egg, cottage cheese, parm cheese, olive oil and 1/2 the salt.

Bottom layer - meat
Middle layer - noodles
Top - cheese mixture

Repeat and top with cheese.

Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
