    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    *Canned pinneapple tidbits, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


mix with ground turkey breast garlic, soy sauce, 1/2 onions, pepper, salt, garlic powder, pinneapple and make into burger patties. In skillet put olive oil and cook rest of onions and bell peppers and set aside. Grill burgers and toast buns and top with peppers and onion and turkey burger
