    1/2 lb. Ground Beef
    One Packet Taco Seasoning
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 Jiffy Corn Bread mix


Mix all the ingredients except for the corn bread and cheese. Make corn bread according to package directions, top caserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 3 more minutes.

    Hey is it just me??? I don't see cheese in the recipe list, so , did you all just assume how MUCH cheese to use??
    per the recipe::: "Mix all the ingredients except for the corn bread and cheese." I want to try this, I guess I need more directions than y'all. LOL
