    2 Avacado's, peel and seed removed
    2 Plum tomatoes, fine chopped
    1/4 cup yellow onion, fine chopped
    1 green onion, fine sliced
    1 T. cumin
    1 lime, juiced
    1/4 t. red pepper
    s & p to taste


Mash together avacado, cumin, lime juice, red pepper, S&P.
Stir in onions and tomatoes. Let stand for 1 hour to let flavors combine.

Serves 6-10 as a dip.

  • We make ours very similar to this... except we do not add cumin... I think I will try it with 1/2 teaspoon next time to try it! - 4/17/10
