    Beef, round steak, 12 oz
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Red Wine, 1 cup
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 3 cups
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    *Whorchestershire, 4 tsp


Cut up round steak into bit size pieces and roll in flour to coat then place in large stock pot with 2 tbs olive oil and brown meat. When meat is brown and starts to carmelize sprinkle meat with left over flour, then deglaze with red wine, them add beef stock and rest of veggies chopped and all other ingredients and simmer until veggie are soft and stew starts to thicken.
