1/2 cup sushi rice
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs sugar
tuna ( fresh )
Directions
soak rice overnight
Cook rice
combine rice, vinegar, and sugar. Let cool.
On a bamboo mat, place nori. Spread cooled rice over nori with a fork.
Add tuna
Roll the sushi. Cut into 8 pieces.
