    Preheat oven 425 F. Grease & paper 12 muffin cups.

    Mash bananas in a bowl, add egg white, water, & vanilla.

    Combine muffin mix, oats, & almonds in a separate bowl.

    Add dry to wet & stir till combined


Bake 425F 17 -19 mins
makes 18 muffins
