    1/3 cup cranberry juice
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1 tsp peanut butter

    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1 tsp peanut butter


blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy
serve with a slice of light whole wheat toast and a tsp of peanut butter for more protein
