    5 chicken breasts
    .5 C nonfat greek yogurt
    2 cloves minced garlic
    4 t minced ginger
    1 T paprika
    1.5 t cumin
    1.5 t coriander
    .5 t cayenne pepper
    dash of salt


mix all ingredients and add chicken. massage inside of ziplock baggie. at least 4 hours

    mix the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl.mix the in the yogurt. place mixture in a ziploc bag. Add the chicken. coat well and let sit for 2-6 hours.
    dice up the cucumber and add garlic and yogurt and other ingredients. let sit for 2 hours. cook chicken on the grill. spoon sauce and enjo
