    Broccoli, fresh, 1 medium stalk chopped
    Butternut Squash, 1 medium squash cubed
    Tayota/Chayote -- this is a Mexican Squash that looks like a wrinkled pear, About 2 cups, 3 squash -- cauliflower can be used if Chayote can't be found
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cups
    Salt/Peper to taste
    1 tsp Curry


Boil Broccoli, Butternut, Chayote in filtered water -- enough to almost cover -- when soft, blend in blender with milk. Pour into saucepan and heat with seasoning.
