A Swiss friend taught me how to make this. I make a huge batch on Sunday and have it for breakfast the rest of the week. You can vary the ingredients to suit your personal preferences. Ingredients

    6 C. old-fashioned oats, uncooked
    6 C. no-sugar-added soy milk
    3 C. lite plain or vanilla yogurt
    1 C. chopped dates
    1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator to let the oats soak up the liquid ingredients. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
