    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 tsp. olive oil
    4 tbls. unsweetened apple juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground turkey


In a small skillet, saute the onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil until tender. Remove from the heat; cool. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, 4 tbls. apple juice, garlic powder onion powder, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.

Shape into a loaf in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until loaf is completely done.
