    1 package Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
    1 cup all purpose flour
    22 ounces fresh spinach
    1 bunch (6) green onions
    12 ounces Jack cheese
    2 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper


DOUGH: Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions plus 1 cup all purpose flour. Mix with 1/14 cups hot water and use fat free buttery spread instead of butter or margarine. Let rise for one hour.
FILLING: 22 ounces spinach cut up in a large flat pan with the green onions thinly sliced and the Jack Cheese grated. Add the salt & pepper and toss everything together. Divide dough into 10 equal balls and open each one with a rolling pin to about 10 inches in diameter and put on the counter. Meantime melt the butter in an 11 X 13 baking pan and set aside. Divide spinach/cheese mixture evenly on all 10 pieces of dough you have opened. Close each one pinching two ends together, turn over pinched side down on buttered pan. Rub with an egg wash(1egg, two tbsp water) and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve one berag to each person.
