Number of Servings: 6


    * Shrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    * Atlantic Salmon (fish), 16 oz (remove)
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)


Spray a high sided pan with non stick spray. Saute Onions until translucent, add can of tomatoes and can of chicken stock. Lay in cubes of salmon and simmer until flaky. Add shrimp and simmer until pink. Serve over noodles or rice or just in a bowl. Season to taste with spices and salt. I personally like it as is. Makes 6 servings measuring 1 to 1-1/2 cup.
