    1 cup onion diced
    1 cup celery diced
    1 cup carrots diced
    1 cup whole wheat dry oatmeal
    21 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 can stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1.5 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp cumin powder
    1.5 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 medium eggs
    4 large egg whites


In 1 tbsp olive oil, saute diced vegetables until softened...set aside to cool. lightly mix two eggs with 4 egg whites kneed into meat, continue kneeding in dry oats, sauteed vegetables and can of stewed tomatoes. Pour into 9X12 cake pan and bake @ 375 for 1.25 hours (watch and adjust temp or time accordingly).
