Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup(Healthy Request)
    1/2 cup sour cream or fat free greek yogurt(greek yogurt is calculated)
    1 cup non chunky salsa
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 cups chopped chicken breast
    1/2 cup reduced fat shredded monterrey jack cheese
    6 flour tortillas(I used la tortilla factory low carb)
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1 slice green onion(optional)

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Stir the soup, sour cream/greek yogurt, salsa and chili powder in bowl. Stir in 1 cup of that mixture with chicken and cheese. Put mixture in tortilla, roll and place in a sprayed baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over and bake for 40 minutes covered. Top with tomato and green onion.
