Super easy mac and cheese - comfort food at it's best. Super easy mac and cheese - comfort food at it's best.
Number of Servings: 8


    13.25 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (1 box) - elbows, rotini, whatever you have on hand

    16 oz. 2% Velveeta (1 brick)


Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box; until tender.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the Velveeta in a pot on the stove, or in the mocrowave.
Drain the pasta and mix with the melted Velveeta.
If time allows, put the pasta and cheese mixture in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Add-in's include cooked chicken, salsa, tuna, etc.

Makes 8 generous servings.
