Ingredients

    unbaked 9 inch pie crust
    6-12 bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1/3 cup finely chopped onion
    4 eggs beaten
    2 cups light cream ( may use 1 cup milk, and 1 cup evaporated milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion into pie crust.
Beat together eggs, light cream, salt and pepper, pour over other ingredients.
Bake 15 minutes at 425. Then reduce heat to 300 and bake for 30 minutes more until knife comes out clean when inserted in center. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
