Introduction

This is an easy salad dressing I whipped up one day that I really enjoy. Feel free to tweak the individual ingredients to your taste or add other ingredients to it. Enjoy! Ingredients

    1/2 cup rice vinegar
    3 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    Chopped fresh cilantro to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    3 tsp Splenda
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    NOTE: you may add salt if you wish

Directions

Chop cilantro.

Add to a small bowl or dish; add all other ingredients.

Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.

You may use immediately, or let set in the fridge for a few hours for a better taste.

Serving size: 1 or 2 tablespoons.
