    4 lrg baking potatoes
    1.5 oz light cream cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp onion salt
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp chives


boil cut up potatoes for 15 min, drain then mash in sauce pan.
Preheat oven to 350F. Add cream cheese and sour cream to saucepan. Whip potatoes with a whisk until mixed. Mix in spices.
Spoon mixture into a baking dish & sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
