Introduction
I love what kamut does for my whole grain bread. I like to throw it into the breadmaker right before bed timed to be ready when we wake in the morning. The amount of calories will vary according to how many slices you get. I find it slices best if I let it sit out for awhile. I love what kamut does for my whole grain bread. Ingredients

1-1/2 cups water
1 Tbl oil
1 Tbl honey or agave
1-1/2 tsp salt
3 cups of Kamut flour (I fresh grind mine)
1 cup white flour
1 tsp yeast
1 Tbl flax seeds
1 Tbl sesame seeds
Directions
Add ingredients in the order recommended for your breadmaker. Be sure the salt is not too near the sweetener - it's good to put them in on opposite sides of the container.
Servings vary according to how many slices you get. Slicing thin is easier when the bread has sat out some time after cooling. I think I can get around 14 or 15 slices when I do that. This recipe is calculated for 14 slices, so if you get more or less, you may want to re-calculate.
Optional add-ins can include: poppy seeds, cinnamon & raisins, cheese and jalapenos, nuts.....
