Ingredients

    1 cup orzo (dry)
    1.5 c black beans
    1.5 C tomato
    1.5 c asparagus
    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp cilantro
    1 clove garlic

Directions

make orzo
steam asparagus for 2-3 mins, rinse and pat dry
mix beans, asparagus, tomato, cilantro and orzo in large bowl
in small bowl wisk vinegar, oil, garlic, salt/pepper
add to bowl, mix, erve with parmesean cheese
