Introduction

This smoothie can be changed up to your liking with different frozen fruit. It can be eaten like an icecream, thick and spoonable, or like a drink. If you want to reduce the calories a bit, you can omit the orange juice and add water if you need to thin it out. This smoothie can be changed up to your liking with different frozen fruit. Ingredients

    1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
1 frozen banana (freeze ahead of time peeled and wraped in plastic wrap)
1 cup yogurt - skim milk, plain or vanilla
    1 cup orange juice
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions

A Smoothie blender has worked best for me. Add all the ingredients to the blender except the OJ and puree, stopping to stir occasoinally. Add the OJ a bit at a time until the mix spins and stirs smoothly on its own. Let this blend for another 30 seconds longer and then serve.
