    5 Eggs , whipped with fork
    1/4 cup diced onion
    !/4 cup 2% Milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheese


Whip the eggs with a fork and add the onion and milk. whip together.

Cook in a non stick pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. After partially cooked add the shredded cheese and finish cooking.
