Ingredients

    5-6 red potatoes sliced
    1/3 cup flour
    2 T Country Crock light
    1.5 cups skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    .5 cup diced onions

Directions

layer potatoes, onion, butter, and flour.
salt and pepper each layer
pour milk over top
microwave for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and liquid has thickened. If need stir and microwave more.
