    2 cans tomatoes
    3 cans Goya small red beans
    16 ounces tomato sauce
    2 pounds lean ground beef
    3 cups water
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced celery
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon basil flakes


Brown hamburger and pour it into a crockpot. Add all the other ingredients and stir thoroughly. Cook on low in the crockpot for 10 hours.
