    4 salmon fillets
    2 tbsp butter melted
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp chives
    1 tbsp parsley
    1/4 tsp garlic and onion powder
    1/8 pepper


Preheat oven to 35. Create a "baking pan from a piece of foil on A cookie sheet. Place the fish on the foil cut 6 or 7 slashes in each fillet. In a small bowl combine the butter, soy sauce, lemon jucie, choves and parsley, garlic and onion powder and pepper.Brush the mixture on the fish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

Serve with potatoes or rice and a veggie
