    1 head of red cabbage
    1 package of silken tofu
    half can of raw chopped onion/bell pepper mix
    1 large can of Bush's black beans rinsed and drained

Directions

chop the cabbage.

add cabbage, tofu, black beans and onions into pot and smother down. Season to taste
