Introduction

3 hr chill time. it doesn't taste just like blueberry pie (baked) but it is a nice refreshing easy dessert for the summer 3 hr chill time. it doesn't taste just like blueberry pie (baked) but it is a nice refreshing easy dessert for the summer
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 c almonds
    1/2 c dates

    4 c blueberries plus
    1 c blueberries
    2 bananas
    2 T honey

Directions

serves 8 full size slices

in food processor grind almonds
add dates and process till well combined
put in pie dish and press on bottom & sides.

in food processor add 4 c blueberries 2 bananas and 2 T honey....process smooth.
add remaining 1 c blueberries stir in, pour into pie shell.
refrigerate at least 3 hrs
(i made mine the nite before)
it will gel up into a solid refreshing dessert.
it doesn't taste just like blueberry pie (baked)
but it is a nice refreshing easy dessert (or lunch) for the summer. my dh ate his w/ ice cream!!!
