    1 package Tofu Shirataki spaghetti noodle substitute (8oz)
    .5 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
    .25 cup nonfat milk
    .5 Trader Joe's Light String Cheese
    1 tsp. French's Spicy Brown Mustard
    1 tsp garlic
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
    .5 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices
    .5 tbsp Kraft Parmesan Romano Cheese


Preheat oven to 400 ˚
Rinse and drain noodles and microwave 2 minutes. While they cook heat milk, flour, garlic, mustard, and laughing cow until smooth and creamy. Pull apart string cheese and melt in the pot with this mixuture.
Toss noodles with mushroom pieces, then mix into the pot of cheese. Place in oven safe dish, top with romano cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until top begins to brown.
