Delicious ....everybody loves it. Delicious ....everybody loves it.
Number of Servings: 6


    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    5 large eggs
    12 ounces 1% cottage cheese
    4.5 ounce can chopped green chiles, undrained
    8 ounces shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese


Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.

Stir in cottage cheese, chiles, and Monterrey Jack cheese; pour into a well-greased 9" pieplate.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake 25 to 27 minutes or until set.
