    1 15-oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed
    2 tb olive oil
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c hershey's special dark cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp salt


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and combine. Alternate scraping down sides and blending until smooth and combined.

Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips, fruit, or as a topping for toast or pancakes. One serving equals 1 tb.
