    *Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 12 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pasta, cooked, 6 oz
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup


chop sausage up into chunks and brown in pan with olive oil, add garlic and onions, then peppers and rest of ingredients, simmer until peppers start to soften, serve with tortialls or rice
