    16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup marsala cooking wine
    4 oz roasted red peppers
    garlic, salt, and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Divide chicken in to 4 oz portions and lightly pound each to 1/4 inch thickness. Coat in flour mixture.

Add chicken, mushrooms, and red peppers to shallow baking dish. Pour marsala cooking wine over chicken. Bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken is done.
