    1 diced onion
    cooking spray
    1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
    1 can yellow corn (undrained)
    1 can red kidney beans (undrained)
    2 can chil style stewed tomatoes
    1 packet chili seasoning
    pepper to taste


In a dutch oven, spray cooking spray and brown the diced onion. Add the ground turkey and brown. Add the canned veggies and seasoning packet. Simmer for 10 minutes.

6 one cup servings.
