    2 slices whole wheat bread (Sara Lee 45 Calorie)
    2 tsp peanut butter
    2 tsp jelly of choice
    1 egg
    .5 cup skim milk

    (Note: You end up using about half of the egg/milk mixture so only .5 egg and .25 cup of milk are included in the nutritional information.)


Make a regular peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk.

Dip the sandwich in the egg/milk mixture and place sandwich in a hot pan.

Cook on each side until brown.
