Ingredients

Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk (remove)
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
Garlic, 3 clove
Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
Scallions, raw, 4 large
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.50 cup
Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
Barilla Plus Penne, 3 oz
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 3 tbsp
Laughing Cow Light Creamy French Onion 1 wedge, 2 serving
Directions
Saute broccoli, celery, onion, pepper and garlic in cooking spray for five minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake 350 for 20 min. Top with cheese and bake ten minutes.
