    diced tomatoes
    skim milk (or heavy cream)
    parmesan cheese


saute onion, garlic, and basil with a small amount of olive oil. When onions are tender, pour and mix vodka. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Next add milk and cheese. Simmer sauce stirring often until desired consistency is reached. Add the tomatoes and let them warm through for about 5 minutes. serve over pasta
