Introduction

Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1 cup hot water from tap
    1 Tbspn quick-rise yeast
    1 Tbspn honey
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder

    Toppings:
    1 cup sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1.5 roma tomatoes, diced
    10 medium mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 cup pineapple
    2/3 cup crumbled feta
    2/3 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Directions

Crust:
Mix dry ingredients.
In separate small bowl, add yeast and hot water and honey, let rise a few minutes. Add yeast/water/honey to dry ingredients and mix enough to incorporate. Can knead a little.

Set aside crust for 5 min if you have time. Then roll out onto pizza stone. Bake at 325deg F for 5-10min or until crust gets a little bubbly. You can get the veggies ready while the crust is pre-baking. If you like softer crusts, pre-bake for only about 5 min.

Add toppings and bake at around 400deg F for 10-12min.
