    * 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
    * 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    * 1 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 cup mayonnaise* ( you cannot use light or FF mayo...turns out BAD)
    1/2 cu applesauce (unsweetened)

    * 1.2 cup sugar
    *1/4 c splenda
    * 1 cup mashed ripe bananas


In a bowl, combine the flours, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, applesauce,sugar , splenda, and bananas; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
