Ingredients

10 tsp fibersure
9 Tbsp. Protein Powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut meat
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup. honey
1/4 cup molasses
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup nuts almonds ground
1/8 tsp table salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. clove
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 cup rolled oats
Directions
1.Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Process 2 cups rolled oats in blender or food processor until they become flour-like.
3.Mix "oat flour" with dry ingredientsin a bowl.
4.Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
5.Spray a small baking dish (about 5 inches x 12 inches, or similar) with non-stick cooking spray.
6.Add mixture to the dish, pressing it down with a spatula.
7.With a knife, cut the whole sheet into 16 bars.
8.Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
9.Let cool, cut again, and store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
